1. Interpretation of the Terms

1.1 “Agreement” refers to these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 “Client/Applicant” refers to the individual or group submitting an order to the Company and agreeing to abide by all Terms and Conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1.4 “Messaging System” refers to the Company’s communication platform that enables uninterrupted interaction between the Client/Applicant and the assigned Writer or Support Team.

1.5 “Order” refers to a formal request placed by the Client/Applicant for a specific academic or writing service, including detailed requirements and sources to be used in the work.

1.6 “Product” refers to the final written output delivered by the Company in response to the Work Order — an original document created according to the Client/Applicant’s specifications.

1.7 “Product Revision” refers to any request submitted by the Client/Applicant seeking modifications to the delivered Product based on the initial instructions of the Order.

1.8 “Support Staff” refers to the Company’s internal team responsible for managing communication, coordinating workflow, and ensuring smooth execution of Orders.

1.9 “Writer” refers to a freelance or contracted expert associated with the Company who performs research and produces written content for the Client/Applicant as per the Agreement.

1.10 “Personal Credit Balance” refers to a prepaid account maintained by the Client/Applicant with the Company, which may be used to pay for future Orders or additional services.

1.11 “Affiliate Program” refers to the Company’s referral-based program offering benefits to existing Clients/Applicants for recommending new users.

2. Use of the Product

2.1 The work delivered by mythesis.co.in is NOT intended to be submitted as the Client/Applicant’s own academic work.
All materials are provided strictly as reference, guidance, or sample documents to support learning and research.

2.2 The Company adheres strictly to copyright and academic integrity laws.
Any misuse, plagiarism, or submission of the Product as original work is the responsibility of the Client/Applicant and constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

3. Miscellaneous Provisions

3.1 This Agreement contains the full set of Terms and Conditions governing the relationship between the Client/Applicant and the Company.
No verbal promises, past communications, or prior agreements shall override these Terms.

3.2 If any clause of this Agreement is found to conflict with applicable state laws, that clause shall be deemed modified or removed without affecting the remaining provisions.

3.3 This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the Company’s principal place of business.

4. Limitation of Liability

By accepting these Terms, the Client/Applicant agrees that the Company, its employees, writers, support staff, affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, and representatives will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or claim arising from the use of the Company’s services, including but not limited to:

(a) Telephone, electronic, hardware, software, Internet, network, email, or system failures or malfunctions.
(b) Delayed, incomplete, or corrupted data transmissions.
(c) Events beyond the Company’s control that may disrupt or delay delivery of the Product.
(d) Any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or misuse of the Product.
(e) Printing, formatting, or typographical errors in delivered materials.

5. Amendments

The Client/Applicant acknowledges that the Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Clients are strongly advised to review this page at regular intervals to stay informed of changes.

6. Refund Policy

The Company values transparency and strives to offer a fair Money-Back Guarantee under the following circumstances:

6.1 If the Client is dissatisfied with the delivered work, they may request:

Free Revision, or

Partial Refund, provided they submit valid evidence within 7 days of delivery that the work does not meet the original requirements.

The Client may submit their version of the paper or proof of non-compliance for review by the Company’s Conflict Resolution Committee.
Based on the evaluation, up to 50% of the order amount may be refunded.

Once a refund claim is submitted, the document delivered by the Company may be published online or submitted to plagiarism databases to prevent misuse.

6.2 Chargebacks or bank-level disputes initiated by the Client without following the official refund process violate the Terms.
Such actions may result in legal consequences and the termination of all service rights.

7. Jurisdiction

All legal matters, disputes, or conflicts arising from this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Haryana.
